Data deletion.
The Peach System stores ad performance metrics and creative data from your connected Meta ad account to deliver your weekly reports, dashboards, and recommendations. We do not store personal user data, audience lists, or targeting information.
To request deletion of your data
Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the name or account ID associated with your Peach System account.
Upon receiving your request, we will permanently delete all data associated with your account — including performance history, baseline data, creative analysis, and any stored reports. This will be completed within 30 days.
To disconnect your Meta ad account
You can disconnect your ad account at any time through your Peach System dashboard, or by removing The Peach System from your Meta Business Settings under Business Integrations.
Disconnecting your account will stop all future data collection. To also remove historical data already stored, please submit a deletion request as described above.
