The Peach System is operated by The Digital Peach, a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our services.

What We Collect

Contact Information

• Name and email address when you contact us or sign up
• Phone number if you reach out via WhatsApp
• Company name and role

Meta Ads Account Data

When you use our service, we access your Meta (Facebook) Ads account data to generate reports. This includes:

• Campaign, ad set, and ad performance metrics
• Creative assets and copy
• Audience and targeting information
• Spend and conversion data

Shopify Store Data

If you connect your Shopify store, we access store data through Shopify's official API to link your advertising performance to real sales outcomes. This includes:

• Order and sales data, such as order value, number of orders, revenue, and the marketing source recorded on each order
• Product information, such as product names and prices
• A Shopify-generated customer identifier and each customer's order count, which we use to calculate lifetime value, repeat-purchase patterns, and whether an order came from a new or returning customer

We do not access or store your customers' personal contact information — we do not collect their names, email addresses, phone numbers, or shipping addresses. The customer identifier we store is a numeric reference supplied by Shopify; it lets us measure the long-term value of the customers your advertising acquires without holding any of their personal details. Orders placed as guest checkouts are stored with no customer reference at all.

When a customer exercises their right to erasure, or when you uninstall the app, the customer identifier is removed from our records in line with the retention periods set out below.

Website Analytics

We collect standard analytics data when you visit our website, including pages viewed, time on site, and referral source. This data is anonymised.

How We Use Your Data

• To provide our Meta Ads intelligence and reporting services
• To connect your advertising spend to the sales it drives, where you have connected your Shopify store
• To generate weekly performance reports and creative briefs
• To communicate with you about your account and our services
• To improve our platform and develop new features

Where We Store and Process Your Data

Your data is processed by trusted third-party service providers for the purposes of database hosting, workflow automation, analytics, AI-powered insights, platform delivery, and communications. All providers maintain appropriate security standards including encryption of data at rest and in transit.

Where AI is used to generate performance insights and creative briefs, only aggregated, non-personal advertising metrics are processed. No personally identifiable information is shared with AI service providers.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We only share information with:

• Service providers necessary to deliver our service
• Legal authorities if required by law

Meta Platform Data

We access your Meta Ads data through the official Meta Marketing API. We:

• Only access data you explicitly authorise
• Use data solely to provide reporting and insights to you
• Do not share your Meta data with other clients or third parties
• Comply with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies

Shopify Platform Data

We access your Shopify store data through Shopify's official API. We:

• Only access the store data you authorise when you install the app
• Use it solely to provide reporting and insights to you
• Do not share your store data with other clients or third parties
• Comply with Shopify's API Terms, Acceptable Use Policy, and Protected Customer Data requirements

You can disconnect your Shopify store at any time from your Shopify admin. When you uninstall the app or close your account, your Shopify store data is deleted in line with the retention periods set out below.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as you are an active client. If you stop using our service:

• Contact information is retained for 12 months for follow-up purposes
• Meta Ads data and reports are deleted within 30 days of account closure
• Shopify store data is deleted within 90 days of you uninstalling the app or closing your account, in line with Shopify's data retention requirements
• When we receive a data-erasure request for an individual customer through Shopify, we remove that customer's identifier from your stored order records
• When you uninstall the app, all customer identifiers are removed and your store connection data is deleted within 90 days
• You can request immediate deletion at any time

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent for data processing
• Revoke Meta Ads account access at any time through your Meta Business Settings
• Disconnect your Shopify store at any time through your Shopify admin
