Why I Built The Peach System
Six years of running Meta ads across MENA taught us exactly what founders needed and couldn't get. Here's what we built.
A business owner, usually someone who had been running Meta and Facebook ads for a year or two, spending real money, working with an agency or going it alone, would say some version of: I don’t know if this is working. I don’t think Meta Ads work for my business; are we missing something?
So what I saw is that people were asking for someone to help them understand what they were looking at, and to keep understanding it week after week. That’s what I set out to build.
What 15 years in social media and 6 running your own agency actually teaches you
I’ve been running Meta ads for six years, working in social media in Dubai for 11, and in the industry for 15.
The business owner in Dubai who paused their best creative in week two of Ramadan because CPMs spiked and it looked like the campaign was failing. It wasn’t. That CPM movement happens every year in Gulf markets at that point in the calendar: we know that usually it’s the auction and not the creative. But without having seen it before, there’s no way to know that. But without a structured view of what the account had already tested, the diagnosis kept landing in the wrong place.
These weren’t edge cases. They were the predictable consequence of trying to interpret performance data without the context to understand what it means, in markets that global tools consistently undermodel, against patterns that only become visible once you’ve seen them repeat.
What I’m building and why now
I started building The Peach System because the infrastructure to do it properly finally existed.
The Peach System watches the account continuously. Every creative, every campaign, every result, held consistently over time so nothing gets lost when someone switches tools or forgets to run the report. The analysis arrives on a schedule rather than waiting for someone to remember to run it. It’s calculated not scanned. So along with our Reporting Dashboard, you also have the intelligence layer to work with you like a Data Analyst — we’ve also partnered with Shopify for e-commerce brands to help them understand their true attribution against their ads.
What I think this becomes
The Peach System is built on a premise I think will become more obviously true over the next few years: the value in AI-powered advertising intelligence isn’t the AI. It’s what the AI has access to.
A general AI model can read your numbers and write a report. What it can’t do is tell you whether your numbers are good, because good is relative, and relative requires context that your own account doesn’t contain. It can’t tell you whether what you’re seeing is your problem or the market’s problem. It can’t hold years of creative history and surface the angle you tested eighteen months ago that’s worth revisiting now.
Right now, The Peach System’s context comes from the agency: six years of running accounts across MENA markets, the seasonal patterns we’ve watched repeat, the misdiagnoses we’ve seen often enough to recognise on sight. That’s what’s being encoded into the platform.
Who this is for
If you’re spending seriously on Meta ads in Dubai or across MENA and you’ve ever felt like you were flying without instruments, making decisions on instinct because the data wasn’t giving you anything you could actually act on, that’s the gap this is built to close.
Every week, you get a report that tells you what changed in your account, whether that movement is normal for your market at that time of year, and where the gaps are. Not a data dump. A read you can act on.
Founders shouldn’t need six years of Meta experience to know whether their account is moving in the right direction. That’s what I decided to build. A system built from experience, and one we use ourselves every day. If you want to know more about us and how we got here, you can read about it here.
